That's good info and I'm thinking this is why directors are posting 3Y notices to get in before the July 1 deadline to transfer into superfunds.

And as I posted on another thread, COmmsec told me they are getting 500 applications a day.

However, the accountant at my superfund told me a couple of days ago that this rule will not be applied in the coming financial year as the ATO has backed off on it (or maybe the legislation is not through yet.)

I can't find that anywhere easily on the net.
Does anyone know if this can be verified, and where?
