seems strange no one is interested in the contractual arrangements for settlement,remember the chinese were master traders for centuries,they had the abacus many probably still do,the western world then had little financial acumen they were all about conquest.

the tide is turning,so how would the chinese negotiate a contract,it would never be simple.

no good talking about what sp. we might have on the balance of historical evidence,this is a new era p/e of 3-5 might become the norm,in some cases that might be p/e measured in months not years let alone decades as we have recently experienced.

i know ,all a bit outrageous,but how do they negotiate terms of settlement,fmg is a low cost high volume producer,and hopefully a reliable one , thats the model so what possible flaws are there.

the buyers will negotiate around fmgs need for capital to expand or retain market share,theres a bit of fundamental free market theory,this would i believe impact margins,the quality of product will be reflected in the price or terms of settlement,so we go back to the original question.
