Then why can't Kazia achieve a market cap of 28.6bn over the coming years based on revenue opportunity of 2bn, that is before any potential new applications for GDC-0084 such as melanoma ( remember the Chinese last year ) ?

When you do the sums allowing for 50% dilution for future funding thats still nearly $200 per share.
