The Board of Directors of Intermoco Limited ("Intermoco") is
delighted to announce that it has recently executed a major contract
with a substantial overseas Company for the supply of an extensive
range of hospital monitoring, control and information systems for
installation in a number of hospitals. The minimum value of the
contract over its anticipated eight-year life is in excess of A$130
million. In addition, ongoing maintenance fees, rising to A$20
million annually, will be received by the Company.

Due to the sensitive nature of ongoing negotiations with other
projects, the contract partner has requested confidentiality at this
time.

The award of this major contract is a significant recognition and
reward extensive innovative research and development Intermoco has
applied to health industry systems over the past eighteen months.

Under the contract, Intermoco will supply and maintain information
systems for a comprehensive range of hospital services including
scheduling, operating theatre management, emergency department
management, ambulance dispatch, nurse-call systems, and patient
admission and discharge. The solution, which includes both hardware
and software, will be installed over eight years.

In addition to the supply of its own proprietary technologies,
devices and services, Intermocc, has sourced certain software
components of the health systems to be installed from HAS Solutions
Pty Ltd ("HAS"). Based in Sydney, HAS is a leading supplier of
information systems to health institutions. The supply of software
licenses from HAS will be in accordance with the Memorandum of
Understanding executed between Intermoco and HAS, as announced to the
market last week.
