NEWSAT Limited (ASX:NWT) has signed a partnership agreement with Linowave Solutions of Dubai to work together to market satellite-based telecommunications services throughout the Middle East and Europe.
The deal guarantees NewSat more than $1,000,000 in revenue over five years plus considerable scope for upside contingent on successful selling of services in the region as a result of the new partnership.
Linowave brings development and technical skills, local customer support and maintenance to the partnership while NewSat's satellite expertise and technical infrastructure complements the agreement.
Both parties have agreed to synergistically and aggressively market the new services in the target markets particularly the Middle East, north Africa and western Asia.
