    Hi Socrates44,

Given the modus operandi of corporations and, for that matter, governments
it does not take much imagination to see that LYC is probably closely monitored by its competitors particuluary when those competitors have had the lions share
a profitable rare earths market and that they were prepared to withold supply from others to protect that market share or for other reasons.

Sadat once said that "your enemy's enemy is your friend" so based on that addage its is rather easy to understand why LYC's commercial competitors would support LYC's enemies and use ethnic connections for leverage.

    Cheers

    Sentiment: Hold.

PS: when I suggested that LYC was simply not derisked by the conditional
granting of its TOL I was accused of downramping or questioned what my agenda was given that I did not hold the stock. Well I'm interested in LYC and
it is on my watch list so I treat it in a similar fashion as if I owned it and, who knows, I may very well own LYC at some future date when the stock is adequately derisked. MM.
