Please point to a ASX announcement where FBR claimed to have in its possession a machine that can currently build an entire house from Setout to laying the grass.

BIG and GSW. Never heard of them.
But I do not believe that the ASX at the moment has a legal responsibility to fact check every announcement that every listed company makes. It might be that they do, but I haven't read anywhere that it is.
The fact checking I believe is left up to the share holders.
This is the way I understand that share market capitalism works.
It is left up to the each individual to make up there own mind.

Now if you would prefer for an organisation to do all the fact checking so you "know" that everything is cool and peachy, then you might like to look into the society of your namesake in 1984 to see how that turns out.

IMO, you would be better placed directing your outrage at the big 4 banks and all there highly experienced directors that were paid millions to oversee those companies, instead of at a small company such as FBR that you haven't invested any money into.
