Oupa, interesting GBM AGILE find for the 3 Australian funding collaborators.
Paxalisib is already out of the GBM AGILE starting blocks in January 2021 accepting mainly US screened and recruited patients for our study arm. We should be approaching stage 2 of the phase 111 trial soon.
I am glad more drugs will be be tested in the GBM adaptive trial, so that paxalisib can be tested with different drugs in combination, Temozolomide have created more combos in the last 20 years than McDonald's have in burger combinations.
