Hello fellow HAS holders. Just wondering if there are any other fundamental traders on here that could help me out. Im trying to redo the NPV from the DFS since its so old. The offtake agreements are on the MREC based on the the Asia metals prices but I can't work out which one in particular? As in there are cerium carbonates exw with 45% min treo, I think its that one? I assume they will need to scale the price by the increased concentrate (59.7%)? Or will the price be some sort of mix of the prices? I don't particularly like that the final price in the DFS is estimated based on the two oxide prices minus seperation and minus waste disposal costs. Is that how they will actually calculate it in the offtake price?
