For mine, i feel that HAS and ARU are the way to play this next period of RE development.
HAS has made significant in roads with regard to OTs /Customer base and ARU is Turn key ready. Both have a significant resource and sound management.
They do have differing paths back end re. final customer base and start up dynamics.
Am no expert by any means but feel rather confident in my equal holdings of each.
We have one heck of an interesting year ahead in this space!
