Re prices and looking at NEMMCO's Jan07 ave & peak prices(NSW>800/MWH peak),easy to see the appeal of a system that could switch at short notice from desal to power generation to alleviate demand & make a bit extra in the process.The ability to start generating at very short notice is also one of CNM's (proprietary this time!) Cleaner Coal Process.Large power stations have to start to ramp up many hours in advance.
