I suspect Cnm havent "gone out of their way to correct" the 2 items you mentioned because-
(a) CETO uses the same (patented) pump that was used in the prototype (I had the good fortune to see through it & have explained to me before it was launched),and the new version appears to be a quantum leap upwards in simplicity to manufacture & maintain & downwards in cost to manufacture,(though these are my opinions only as I have neither sought nor been given any inside info.) and if you saw the Catalyst prog.on the ABC,there is at least one already in the sea,apparently off W A according to REH's earlier statement of intended location,so its performance might already be understood at some level..
(b) CNM have never claimed any level of control over the CETO tech. as far as I have been able to see.They negotiated a right to participate in future projects subject to the conditions spelt out.I would not expect them to try to circumscribe every lazy conclusion reached by people who cant be bothered to read even the basics...
