I still don't understand how this stock can be going up? Going forward the retail market, especially for coys that import their products will have a tough time passing on increased costs to their customers due to the weak AUD.
They will have to either reduce their already slim margins or pass on the costs and hope for the best. All I can say is that retailer who sell imported products will have a tough time this year. Weak AUD, increasing unemployment, poor demand, and a recession does not equal happy times for JBH. I can't see anyone wanting to take over the company in this climate either. So, how does it do it?
