    WA had many vacant rental few yrs ago... but WA property never crashes like some extremist losers always say, but now it all filled up... now they have rental shortage.

    Season changes, next year will come... VIC rental will be filled up gain.

    Don't be too extreme BUC... prices are holding up well here
