Okay so they are questions well the way you wrote it up you looked down upon property investors. Whether that was your intention or not that is how I saw it especially in light of a number of other comments you made recently.
"If you answer these questions, it helps me understand why you have chosen this perversion of asset class to invest in."
The classic is this last sentence where you state it is a perversion to invest in residential housing. It is not it is just another investment - don't like it simply don't participate.
