Loobs - You're spot on. In some ways I feel nothing but angst towards property investors and look forward to this pending price crash with great anticipation.
On the other hand it's a bit sad to think that so many Australians have been conditioned to believe the great myth about property prices never falling. Meanwhile, we're expected to sign our lives away and pay half a MILLION dollars just to put a roof over our heads!
Is it just me, or is there something seriously wrong with that concept?
