@loobs you are of course correct: but only on half the story.
leaving investors out of the add value loop is ignorant. they borrow money they pay interest, they pay interest that makes money for the banks who pay a profit (a large % of which appears in your super)
property also generates make a truckload of money for the goverment in taxes etc.
your comments are general and obvious. theres more i could add but its pointless discussing the course with a blinkered sheep.
