WDS has done work for McDonnel dowell, so a good possibility they will be subcontracted.
They will be inclined to use companies that have proven themselves, on this important project.
Bots are suppressing the price, pala i think are still accumulating, and i ahve heard 1 other major player was also buying over the last 2 months...
maybe next week we will see aturn,
I accumulate as i can.
the 100 mill contract the other day was a bonus, dividends could be paid within 12 months again, so fasten seat belts imo
