A understand that betchel & worley are designers at this stage. WDS does do some design but no where near the size of betchel & worley. i woudn't be surprised if betchel design all the LNG plants - they are the experts in LNG design.
WDS will get invovled in design but later on when certain areas are sub contracted out.
If you look at the WDS site under CSG it highlights the areas they are looking at tendering on.
Drilling, gathering systems, water treatment, gas compression etc. What they call "upstream" meaning where they pull the water & gas out of the ground.
The important question in IMO is not will WDS win projects, it's what margins they have on the Projects they will win. Thats the important bit.....
