they make establishment fee's from customers and an ongoing margin on the book. its really not that complicated mate if you actually DYOR and spend more than 5 mins looking, and expecting everyone else to explain the business model to you.
but then again, i guess that ability to read their financial statements (of which there are plenty of them) and model out business models is what separates investors from gamblers.
