No doubt. But with, as an example, APT, there are a few anchors that you can at least use to run some numbers. That's all I really was asking about. Not interested in building a DCF; it would be a pointless task this early in the game.

If you want to know specific percentage of fees, you're going to have to work that one out yourself - or better yet, ask management. From my understanding, many of these lending plays are valued on their loan book - that should be a solid anchor for you. $87mil loan book/SOI = 12.7c - which we are quickly converging towards.
