The ART3D facebook page shows good evidence to suggest that there has infact been a breach of 1041e.
But this is covered in section 82 & 85 of the 1958 crimes act and in the 2001 corporations act in sections 180 through to 184. Because there was an administrator involved in this alleged phoenix activity, it gets much more complicated.
This may be why Conidi is unwilling to test any claims jason has made in a court or make any public statement.
