Point 2 you say "2. I also note that funding was actually to be announced by the end of the 1st quarter, which has passed, now it has apparently been extended".
Let me clear this up for you... The words that you have used are incorrect. Basically in December the company announced funding to be completed in the first half of the year. Also in the quarterly report in January, the report said the finance due diligence was to be completed by end of the next quarter. The timing of the term sheet to be announced was explained at the conference that @Heeman attended and is to be expected in May some time.
Basically at no point has the company stated as you just said that funding was to be announced by the end of the first quarter.
Maybe you should get back on board now that hopefully you understand that finance due diligence and terms could be announced very soon. Be quick. Don't want you missing out.
