yes I suppose depends on the extent to which they can ramp up the NPAT margin by focusing on the on net revenues. I was perhaps a little pessimistic applying a combined (on and off net) NPAT margin (about 5.7%), however I would be skeptical about them being able to ramp up the NPAT margin to close to 25% (which is close to BGL's current margin) given the numerous issues out there. It has taken BGL close to two years to change this focus and achieve this margin.
