Redmoon,I am aware of NO ONE who is against DYE being taken-over on this thread.It's just a matter of what they will PAY.
Takeovers are usually only priced at a premium to Current Price of say 20/30%.I don't think anyone would vote for accepting at $1.20/30.Like even our Dave Gelbaum is in for ~$1.60 average [add up his Substantial Notices and you'll find that figure]
Also I very much doubt the Tulloch's would get out at some under $2 even $3 figure.
You do realise Moonie that DYE has only about 120mil shares on issue?Thus some takeover at $500 mil+ is what price?
Please advise that you Mr Moon are not ex-Solco or weren't running some Hot Water System Lurk and thus such is your experience of the Solar Industry.
