Does it matter who picks up the surplus if shareholders don't want their allocation? surely to raise the full amount and then release good news allows us all to take a profit. I've been buying at 1c hoping shareholders are selling to take up their allocation. Once we have 8.5 mil in the bank the drills can spin and hopefully find enough to take us higher.
