Please explain. The company only has about $6 million in cash is worth $38 million. Iluka is worth about $1.7 billion. So the money to buy the shares comes from Packer etal ??? Does Buka get a cut? Will Iluka be incorporated into Buka but with Packer owning most of Buka through Kolsen?
