if they are doing a CR and "normal" investors like you and me are considered then they will usually just come out and tell the market how much they want to raise at what price and why. thats about it, details will come later in the snail mail.

like pinto already said they will advise of a date that you are eligible and how many you can buy if fully subscribed. if oversubscribed you get the minimum number, if under subscribed you can opt for more if you want to. guessing it wont be under subscribed though... :)

best scenario here is if they announce a very good reason for raising cash - like building another mill coz TI is HUGE or a STRATEGIC TAKEOVER coz TI is huge - DUNNO!

with a good company like this we just hope the directors are smart and look after us little guys - if so, sit back because you will have plenty of time to put your money in or not, based on your financial situation.
