A lot of what is coming out in this thread is all about a lack of information from the company.

An example is the deal regarding a $100m loan.

This was first announced on about October 18th last year. That announcement told us that all the paperwork would be completed to finalise the loan in about 14 days.

In mid November, via the prospectus, we were then told that the loan paperwork would be completed in 4 weeks which made it about mid December.

Since that point, there has been no other announcement to my knowledge that has told us the progress of this paperwork or the now expected completion date.

The task is now some 103 days later than the original 14 days that were announced.

Is the loan idea now dead? Don't know.
Is there a problem with the paperwork? Don't know.
Has the bank changed the deal? Don't know.

Its now been something like 117 days to do a 14 day task, but not a word about where its all at.
