I myself would call that a "known unknown" as compared to an "unknown unknown".
An "unknown unknown" are the ones "we don't know we don't know".
"Known unknowns" are when we "know there are things we don't know"
Someone 'in the know' always knows something we don't know.
Know what I mean?
