Geocrust have not been contributing there 20% of any funding for drilling etc. since nick passed away. They have been diluted by that very fact. I believe they would have been diluted down to something like 10% or less. It is hard to believe if no funding has been made WHY you would not just let the dilution continue ????? By giving shares to control 100% is stupid. Does not solve the funding from there holding..Why on earth did the company not go out and find some other party to buy there holding and continue there share of funding. This company is run by a bunch of non corporate thinking people.. Sooner the better when these turkeys are sent packing !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
