IMPLICATION: Pulls the personal attack rug from under the feet of Zelensky's Communo-Fascist opponents in the US and Russia.
CHALLENGE: While the Communo-Fascist FSB regime in Russia endures it will continue to nobble and compromise politicl processes in Europe, the US and elsewhere.
MITIGATION: Strict limits to direct and indirect campaign funding including influence campaigns. More protections than this are needed but it's a start.
