    Healthscope and Primary are now able to collude in an offer for Symbion.

    In principle this could be a good thing, but the problem is, they both only want part of Symbion's business, and they both want THE SAME BIT.

    How easy would it be for them to offer LESS than the current $4.10 offer ?
