    The Federal Court and EGM decision is very embaressing for PMM.

    1) The shareholders of GWR clearly do not support the resolutions put forward by PMM.
    2) The support for GWR Board was overwealming with a win even without the recent placement to Valin.
    3) PMM and thier lawyers showed incompetence by sending out an invalid proxy form
    4) If PMM are unable to send out a valid proxy form how can they be trusted to run a company the size of GWR
    5) etc etc shall i go on!!!
