You may not appreciate this now, but they helped the current board avoid a PMM lead quasi takeover.
Now you will never see what would have eventuated if this had of happened. It would have caused a massive stale mate that we have already had for a long time.
IMO the stalemate is almost over and the company will start to move forward.
