    PMM will not sell on market, they are smarter than that

    The next move will be an all cash offer or they will negotiate the sale of their GWR shares to another investor/company.

    They know the shares they own are worth at least $1.80 and would be stupid to sell at a discount IMO... Im thinking they will make a takover offer in the coming weeks
