Is there a point to such an offer when FAS and its allies own more than 50%. They know that the ore is worth billions and they also have the cash to develop it and 15 years of assured sales - they will never sell their shares, not even for $10/share.
What other options do PMM have:
1. Keep the shares and form a joint venture for remaining output of 5mt per annum
2. Sell to FAS or another operator
3. Sell back to GWR in a buy-back (thanks for the bail out)
4. ?
