Afex, I am going to keep the share and get the FF dividend, because that makes sense tax wise (I didn't realise how much sense that made until a few days ago- go figure). Then the price will fall (ACRUX just had a big dividend or capital return- whatever it was- and went ex-dividend yesterday. It got smashed early, then picked up, and today it went up by another 3.3%. There'll always be the people who just drop 15c off SIP at ex-dividend time, but then, after that, it will settle, and may go higher than that. Most of ua have had SIP for over 45 days, so we could chuck it regardless of the 45-day rule, if it applies to our personal circumstances, but I might wait around a bit and see if I can "sell at the top". Hehe.
After ex-date, rampers are most welcome!
