MTS is what gives independent grocery stores a chance. There are many reasons to shop at your local:
- They don't own poker machines
- They employ more people for the amount of revenue, especially locals
- You can walk or ride your bike easily because they are much closer
- Your partner is already cooking and you forgot something so you'd better be quick
- You are drunk and feel you would get lost in a bigger supermarket
- Giving money to woolworths makes you want to "punch on" with yourself
