    I think you have a decent point. However, you seem to more or less assume my "worst case scenario" would come to pass.

    IN my worse case scenario, one might be forced to hold for a while.

    it's quite likely that they will pay about 28c dividend. That's 7% plus franking credits at $4.

    It's true you probably won't see much capital growth, but I think the risks aren't as bad as you suggest.

    MTS is not really part of the supermarket duopoly and although times are tough for retailers, people still need food and they still will run to the local store for it.
