Hopefully we will get it in the Morning or first thing Wednesday morning...this has huge ramifications for SMM they have 2 leases aquired under the same circumstances as ours,the land owners their have been very upset for some time as they believed they were duped by SMM so i expect they may want a retender or re-application as well which they would be entitled to....my opinion ....cheers
