It certainly does release them from the damages claim, maybe what they were after all along, as well they get their 5 million security back so they had a pretty good win in court today not withstanding we might be in pole position to get the LOI. What worries me is then the stalling tactics will start all over again, hopefully there are a few less loopholes to be exploited next time.
