    The point I am asking for debate on is probably best anwere by commercial lawyers or those knowledgable in this field. GF and CQT have signed a contract of agreement. My question is, can GF go outside of thsi agreement and effectively takeover via hostile means ?

    Yes I am aware that of the siutation in SA and the imnpact on GF and the added incentive for GF to takeover CQT. But can they do this outside of the framework enshrined in themututal agreement ? That is my Question
