Aussilver, your story has a familiar ring to it. Your experience mirrors my own and yes, management are looking suspiciously like they have been full of it for some time. The psychology of hopeful anticipation promises a turn around. The bleak reality is the SP. Time to put up or shut up is upon the company. If things don't start falling into place before December, time to bail is my advice.
