    Yep NTTG I agree with that summation. We fedlot Africa for decades, now we are pulling the feed away. It was criminal we shoved subsidised grain down people's throats as 'AID' for all those years. Destroyed domestic production incentive and investment in capacity. Now there is no rule of law likely because of food and fuel shortages, you'll never gain that productive capacity back. Who in their right mind would put down their hard earned to grow crops where marauding hordes will likely reap whatever is sown? I can't see the vast productive potential of Africa ever being realised now ...
