Hilarious - so your telling me I will be able to buy properties in the area's I am interested in for around $70k to $100k. Sounds great pity it will NEVER happen unless the Australian economy completely implodes.
Please wake us up when you can face reality. Some properties/areas may drop by that much but it is extremely unlikely to happen across the whole market. Much more likely to be up to a 10 to 20% market wide drop which as I have said before is nothing major to worry about.
