The long term trend suggests a 40% fall - probably more .. I hope not as most of what I own is in property and do have a mortgage.
But I accept the prices have gone up too much too soon ...
so I'll be happy with a 20% fall .. if it helps my son finally get into property (buy his own home), so be it - we need to think of the next generation too.
