Nope. The Iraqis and the Iranian Republican Guards will take them out. And if they dont, the US will intervene....they cant let Baghdad be taken.....not after the $trillions spent in "securing" it.
The US will just tell Isis they wont get paid any more unless they retreat and go back to eating Syrians. Fixed without firing a shot.
