I assume and it seems logical that there are at least two parties going for it.
One positive and one more negative toward mining I'm guessing in general.
I think the reason for the share price is the uncertainty of who will win otherwise wouldn't we have finance by now? And some more things happening?
Happy to be corrected... Would love to know if anyone has more details info around it.
