how far will rates fall

    RBA meets tomorrow.

It has been a long run to get here. I have had to suffer fools many times in the lead up to this.

Even though I provided cogent and reasoned argument throughout it wasn't enough to set aside the power of "I wish it were so, and so it must be so" that the doomsayers seem to use as their basis for decision making.

I don't know what will happen tomorrow but isn't it interesting that the sensationalist media is no longer asking "will rates fall?" but "how far will they fall?"

I'd be happy with 0.25%, I'd be ecstatic with 0.5%.

I will be well timed. Australians have had their wallets squeezed tight for too long, there will be extra money in the kitty now and we have twice as many new Australians pouring in per year as we have had in previous years.

    Where will they all live?
